About me

My diverse educational background has provided me the necessary administrative, communication and organizational skills , and tools required to excel professionally thanks to a balanced mix achieved by alternating educational studies and frequent company visits also abroad , that have also allowed me to strengthen my experience in the business sector and be proficient in Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint and the most common IT applications.

In my previous roles I have been responsible for the administration and organization of customer accounts, sending any letters, quotes, register all invoices analyzing the budget for each supplier and keeping detailed records to ensure that the right information is on file at all times and support the Senior Manager to manage relationship with agency partners , Liaising with management and staff regarding a wide range of ongoing matters. Monitoring and ensuring all actions and paperwork are coordinated in preparation for meetings in line with deadlines ,dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager ,maintaining office systems including data management and filing; With an excellent understanding of accounts management and clients commercial goals, I have a focus on exceeding sales and other targets and maintaining a solid long-term working relationships and organize team meetings.


I am a very methodical person who likes to pay attention to details and I believe that the company will benefit enormously from my exceptional communications and interpersonal skills .
