About the position:
As an on-page marketer focused on UX/UI and A/B-testing, you are the customer’s representative on our site. You will be conducting UX/UI analyses using tools such as hotjar and google analytics. This will allow you to come up with hypotheses for A/B-tests that you get the chance to implement together with the IT team with the ultimate goal of Conversion Rate Optimization (CVRO). Through the A/B tests you will report the quantifiable effect of new UXUI designs. UX/UI analysis, A/B-testing, and CVRO are all immensely valuable skills sets to have for the modern online marketer. After acquiring these skills during this internship, you will be in an excellent position to start your career in online marketing/UX Design.
Some things you can expect:
•Conducting UX/UI analyses using specialized tools to come up with hypotheses for A/B-tests
•Diving into Google Analytics to find drop-off points or pain points for customers
•Setting up your A/B tests together with the IT-team
•Working closely with management
•Creative freedom to explore new hypotheses
