As a Customer Support Agent you will be the first point of contact for our client's customers. It is always therefore inevitable to render a professional and cooperative service . It is vital that you have a customer focused approach and great problem-solving skills. In order to solve the customer queries you will be required to have outstanding telephone manners great communication skills via email and chat.
• Native Proficiency in German or Finnish and fluent English
