As a Business Travel Consultant, you will deliver high-touch customer care to business travellers. This means that you will undertake all necessary steps to make their travels as hassle-free as possible. Customers could for example approach you with queries about flights, hotels, train journeys or other issues that might occur during their business trip. With your expertise and problem-solving skills, you will ensure that the customers experience an easy and pleasant journey.
• Native Proficiency in French and fluent English
• Proven GDS experience required: Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan, Apollo or other industry recognised platform
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Strong listening skills
• Passion for travel
• Solution orientated approach
