Missions :
You will play at the same time a key role of privileged contact and to advise with our subscribers and prospects.
You will manage the customer relationship

Profile :
You speak at least one language other than french or english.
Motivated by working in a start-up.
Very good relationship: curiosity, good humor, flexibility, empathy, listening, team spirit.
Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Good organization, time management skills, and ability to multitask.
Detail Oriented.
Strong analytical and computer skills.

Education/Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent required
Current enrollment at an accredited college or university required
Customer service experience

Internship :
At least 3 months
Unpaid
