After a solid in-house training at the « Lincoln University », we are committed to giving you (almost) all of our secrets, and the weapons to get you started in your internship. It will be up to you to become an actor in this stimulating and dynamic business!

No matter your level of knowledge in recruitment or previous professional experiences, this internship is made for you! We want to make you discover our profession, our passion 

The aim:
Learn how to push the right buttons: research, sourcing and contact strategy, ability to convince and to detect high potentials.

The basics:
The assignment: collect information about the client, the position, the context of recruitment, the more or less exotic location, and the skills. The basics will help you become as efficient as possible with your research and in the contact you will have with your candidates.

The ploy:
You will determine a research strategy in France and internationally, with the help of the consultant. As a real investigator, you will be able to realize a mapping of the target companies and a complete analysis of the client line of business talents.
YOU will be the guarantor of potential detection through headhunting and direct approach. We will teach you the mastery of social networks so that you become an expert of their functioning, and you will select your candidates in full autonomy. You will be able to use the help of our external sourcing unit that you will be piloting directly (yes we will initiate you to management!)

The smile:
You will have the first contact with these high potentials during phone interviews: listening, confidence, and confidentiality with a dexterous talk will become your best allies. Your phone will be your daily asset.

The Holly Grail:
You will be participating in the interviews with the consultant, as well as the passing / debriefing of our behavioral competence assessment tool.





Your daily life:
With an interdependent relation with the consultants, experts on their sectors (very diversified, from finance to digital and health!), you will be discovering client meetings, assignments follow-up, client reports, reports redaction … and of course all the jobs of the field that they recruit in.
This internship is also an opportunity to develop and optimize your network!

And because we are nice and with an overflowing imagination:
You will have the possibility (if you wish) to diversify your missions via transversal projects, internal and external communication, HR projects, events, etc.
These transversal projects will allow you to use your creativity and to propose your own ideas on the internal life within the firm.
