iSi GmbH is an e-commerce group founded in 2012 in Germany. The group consists of online retail brands in France (iSi-Sanitaire.fr), the United Kingdom (SuperBath.co.uk), the Netherlands (SuperBath.nl), and Italy (SuperBath.it). Through these brands we sell +140,000 branded bathroom products (e.g. Grohe shower systems, and Hansgrohe kitchen taps) directly to the consumer at competitive prices. We are constantly working on expanding both our product offering, and the markets we operate in. We are a young company, both in origin and workforce. About the position:
As an on-page marketeer focused on UX/UI and A/B-testing you are the customer’s representative on our site. Through UX/UI analyses you come up with suggestions for A/B-tests that you get the chance to implement together with the IT team with the ultimate goal of Conversion Rate Optimization (CVRO). This requires a thorough understanding of our customer needs and being able to translate that into concrete actions to improve the user experience. You actively search out pain points for the customers along any point of the customer buying cycle. UX/UI analysis, A/B-testing, and CVRO are all immensely valuable skills sets to have for the modern online marketeer. After acquiring these skills during this internship, you will be in an excellent position to start your career in online marketing.
Some things you can expect:
• Conducting UX/UI analyses to come up with hypotheses for A/B-tests
• Diving into Google Analytics to find drop-off points or pain points for customers
• Conducting your A/B-hypotheses together with the IT-team
• Implementing successful A/B-tests on our site together with the IT-team
• Working closely with management
As a customer champion you have the unique talent of being able to look at things from a customer perspective. You understand our customers pain points and are able to come up with concrete solutions to solve these. Other requirements:

• You are attentive to details
• You have a passion for e-commerce and are able to translate this into actions
Salary: 600€ / month
Start date: Placements throughout the year
Duration: Anywhere between 6 - 12 months
