iSi GmbH is an e-commerce group founded in 2012 in Germany. The group consists of online retail brands in France (iSi-Sanitaire.fr), the United Kingdom (SuperBath.co.uk), the Netherlands (SuperBath.nl), and Italy (SuperBath.it). Through these brands we sell +140,000 branded bathroom products (e.g. Grohe shower systems, and Hansgrohe kitchen taps) directly to the consumer at competitive prices. We are constantly working on expanding both our product offering, and the markets we operate in. We are a young company, both in origin and workforce. This means that there are plenty of opportunities to bring your own ideas and initiatives to the table. It also means there is a great team spirit since everyone is eager to develop both themselves, and the company. About the position:
During this internship you will be focusing on maximizing Average Order Value (AOV) using a whole range of marketing techniques. You will use Google Analytics and customer data to explore hidden opportunities. For example, GA data might show that in Italy customers buy their toilets always together with flush plates. Alternatively, you might find that when promoting certain accessories in email marketing they get added to the basket more often. The conclusions from your analyses will be implemented together with the content and IT-team. Being able to actively influence AOV will make you an effective online marketeer that will fit in any team!
Some things you can expect:
• GA data analysis to explore hidden cross-selling/up-selling opportunities
• Analysing product performance to propose bundle packages
• Analysing the customer buying cycle to address their needs in different stages of the cycle
• Using your creativity and data-analysis skills to proactively come up with ideas
• Working closely with management
As a customer champion you have the unique talent of being able to look at things from a customer perspective. You understand our customers pain points and are able to come up with concrete solutions to solve these. Other requirements:

• You have a passion for e-commerce and are able to translate this into actions
Salary: 700€ / month
Start date: Placements throughout the year
Duration: Anywhere between 6 - 12 months
