We are recruiting for fluent Japanese speaking Customer Service Specialists for a global outsourcer in Greece. You will represent a global IT brand and will be the first point of contact for customers from Japan and will answer their incoming queries via phone, email and live chat.
Listening to the customer, answering their queries in a timely manner, administration, taking ownership of issues and problem solving will be part of your daily tasks.
The successful candidate should have:
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese both written and spoken
• Good command of English
• Previous customer service experience
• Highly motivated, driven and adaptable
• Ability to multi-task
