As a Customer Advisor, you will represent a very well-known brand in the tourism industry. You will receive incoming queries via phone, email and live chat, where you will answer and solve issues in a timely manner. Assisting your clients with their travel plans, providing advice and information, and ensuring high customer satisfaction is achieved, are important in this role.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in French
- Good command of English
- Computer literate
- Eagerness to learn and develop
The interview process for this role is done remotely via phone, skype and online tests, so no need to come to Lisbon until you are successful!
